Elm Park Opening with Joskos and London Mayor, Boris Johnson
On 27th September 2011, London Mayor Boris Johnson officially opened Elm Park Primary School, a brand new state-of-the-art school in the London Borough of Havering.
Joskos have been working with Elm Park Primary to help them realise their vision of a modern school providing 'ICT everywhere'. A key part of this was Joskos installing a managed wireless network, with seamless wireless coverage. Pupils and teachers can now use ICT all over the school and can walk from one room to another and even outside the school building with a portable device without losing the wireless signal.

This accreditation allows educational institutions throughout the UK to procure a wide range of software and related services from a trusted list of providers.
The framework is a joint offering between Government Procurement Service and BECTA. It replaces the previous Becta software licensing Framework, which expired in October 2010.
