Joskos Solutions named as an Approved Supplier for the Department for Education's ICT Services Framework Agreement
On November 8, 2010 it was announced that Joskos Solutions were successful in joining what is currently known as the Department for Education's ICT Services Framework Agreement (formerly known as the Becta Framework).
The framework runs until November 2014 and provides education customers with a quick and easy route to procure from approved, high quality, trusted suppliers in a fully EU-compliant manner.
The Framework has been developed following extensive research with educational stakeholders and has been designed specifically to help to ease the burden on institutional leaders, make more efficient use of teacher time and drive greater reliability of ICT systems with a clear focus to obtain greater efficiencies of an operational, financial and environmental nature.
The approved suppliers have successfully completed a rigorous evaluation process and have demonstrated their capability to meet the Becta technical and service requirements and to understand the needs of the education and skills sectors.
Joskos Solutions has a long list of achievements, some of the most recent include being named as a Provider for Software Licensing on the joint Becta/Buying Solutions Framework Agreement and a finalist in the BETT 2010 awards for the category of ICT service and support.
