What do you think of Joskos engineers?
Brilliant! All of the Joskos engineers are really helpful not just getting through the 'list' I leave for them but they also make the effort to explain what is wrong and how it can be resolved. The engineer we have now, always takes the time to resolve issues and if he can't do something immediately, then always follows up during his next visit. It also helps that they are able to communicate in not just 'ICT speak'!

What are the biggest differences you've noticed since Joskos has been supporting your school?
We previously had Joskos and another form of technical support, but changed over solely to Joskos a year ago. Since then our network is much more uniform and seems to run better. Any issues are dealt with promptly and it is much easier having one point of contact and people who know the system.

Would you recommend Joskos to other schools, and why?
Yes I would and have done, not just within Kings Cross area (in which we are based) but also in Islington. And for 'why' see below.

Why did you choose Joskos as your supplier?
We chose Joskos because I wanted our focus to be about using ICT to enhance teaching and learning, and not always be worrying about and dealing with technical issues. However, we also wanted advice on how to run our network more effectively, about what hardware would be beneficial and generally 'look out' for our best ICT interests. The service agreement that Joskos offer and deliver does this.
