Joskos are a well-established and highly respected educational ICT services provider that provides innovative hardware, software and services to schools across the UK.
We are currently looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our growing team of customer service and sales staff.
Working in the Internal Sales Team and based full time in our North London office the position is a true Account Manager role with full responsibility of achieving sales targets.  Despite the title of ‘Internal Account Manager’ the role will also require you to visit your accounts alongside the designated External Account Manager.

Whilst primarily telephone based, the role is very different to a telesales or straightforward order-taking position since it has true account ownership, full business management, planning and forecasting responsibilities, complete accountability for customer relationships and the remit to create innovative bespoke customer solutions (with the support of field sales, technical and educational specialist colleagues), negotiate and close deals.   Typical solutions sales will encompass everything from a single patch cable order through to a £50K+ ICT solution with the emphasis being a single point of contact for all of your client’s requirements.

To achieve this you will be:

  • Building customer relationships at IT Buyer or IT Manager/Director level to develop business opportunities
  • Proposing additional and alternative propositions that may offer a better solution for your customers
  • Providing an outstanding level of customer service to clients.

Description:

An opportunity has been created within our company for an external account manager to work with the Joskos team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Acting as an interface between the company and the customer to ensure relationships are developed within accounts.
  • Providing regular, accurate forecasts of pipeline business to the Sales Manager and Sales Director.
  • Proactively promoting our range of products and services within designated accounts
  • Establishing a high profile and strong commercial relationship with our clients

Experience required:

  • External sales experience with a proven sales track record
  • Experience within the technological industry
  • Experience within the education industry essential

Advanced Options IT Support Technician

Job Title: IT support technician

An opportunity has been created within our company for an IT support technician to work alongside our team of service technicians.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing IT support to a variety of schools; including primary and secondary schools
  • Maintain accurate incident records
  • Assist with implementing changes to the IT provision in line with requests made by the customer via direct communication, use of remote access or our service desk
  • Ensuring that regular and timely communication with the customers and wider support team is maintained
  • Understand the IT solution delivered to the school and identify areas of improvement

Experience required:

  • Experience within the technological industry; specifically fixing and maintaining hardware and software
  • Experience within the education industry essential
  • CRB required
